How to place an online order
Questions about equipment compatibility, out of hours collection or other procedures and policies? You can contact us via phone or email and we will be happy to answer your questions.
Step 1 — Set pick up and return times
Set your pick up and return times using the date picker which you can find at the top of your cart or above product lists.
Step 2 — Add equipment to your cart
Use the “Add to Cart” button to add items to your order. You can view live stock availability at any time. Once payment is received your booking will be reserved.
Step 3 — Checkout
If you don’t already have an account with us you will need to create one. Click “Checkout” in your cart and follow the prompts to “Sign Up”. You will receive and email to confirm your email address. Confirm your email address by clicking the “Confirm my email” link.
Step 4 — Review and pay
Review your order by checking the rental period including the dates, pickup time and return time. Once payment is complete your order will be automatically reserved. You will receive another email with a copy of your invoice.
